Scot E. Samis
Mr. Samis began practicing general litigation and appellate law in 1987 with Charles W. Ehrlich. He was made a Partner in 1990 upon the formation of Ehrlich & Samis. His experience includes first and third party insurance defense, commercial, administrative, corporate, and criminal litigation and appeals. He has also handled numerous commercial transactions, including matters in the sports and entertainment industries.
Mr. Samis has served as an adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson College of Law since 1994, and has been a featured speaker to various colleges and professional organizations. He became associated with Abbey, Adams, Byelick, Kiernan, Mueller & Lancaster, L.L.P. in February, 2001 and became a Partner on January, 2002.
