DataGlyphics and WRH Realty Services Launch New Web Site Components

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – DataGlyphics Inc. and WRH Realty Services Inc. (WRH), an affiliate of William R. Hough & Co., today announced the launch of a new dynamic community system and property manager/employee portal for WRH Realty's corporate Web site – www.wrhrealty.com – designed to unite WRH Realty’s several properties under one Web site while allowing individual property managers to manage Web content for their specific communities.
"With this new Web solution, all of our properties become united under our corporate site – and each features a clean, professional design consistent with the WRH Realty corporate brand," said J. Mark Rutledge, president of WRH. "Also, DataGlyphics developed a powerful property manager portal that enables individual managers to easily logon and update Web information that is unique to their communities."
The dynamic community system is a database-driven solution that allows visitors to www.wrhrealty.com to view detailed information about each WRH Realty multi-family community. Visitors can quickly locate properties by name or location and view pricing, floor plans, event calendars and more for each community. Residents also can logon and submit maintenance requests, complete suggestion forms or resident surveys, post classified advertisements, and view community event calendars.
The new property manager portal enables WRH Realty property managers to logon to a secure Web-based administrative back-end and update Web content related to their communities. Now, via the property manager portal, managers can update and maintain community photos, contact information, pricing, policies, floor plans, amenities and event calendars – all with no programming knowledge needed. DataGlyphics also created an employee portal that allows WRH employees to logon and access corporate information such as human resource forms, email, company calendars and links to education resources.
