RedVector.com Sticks with DataGlyphics for Web Site Redevelopment

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – DataGlyphics Inc. today announced that one of its current clients, RedVector.com, has retained DataGlyphics for the complete redevelopment and redesign of its corporate Web site – www.redvector.com. DataGlyphics developed RedVector.com's initial Web site and has provided hosting and managed services since 2000. Tampa-based RedVector.com is a provider of online continuing education for professional engineers, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, building inspectors and more.
"The current site offers more than 2,000 online courses specializing in continuing education, certification, licensing exam prep and corporate training – and due to its continued success, RedVector.com decided to enhance the site in a way that would meet its objectives for future growth," said William H. Stover, Jr., CEO of DataGlyphics. "We are developing the site using Microsoft's .NET technology. This new development environment allows DataGlyphics to build and launch more robust Web services and applications, and since Microsoft has committed the future of its enterprise business software to .NET – RedVector.com will be inline with the current business software development trend."
A key component of the new site will be the completely redesigned learning management system. The learning management system is a Web engine that delivers course information to RedVector.com's customers and allows them to take and track their courses online. DataGlyphics is rebuilding the system to enhance its overall usability and performance. The new system will also allow streaming audio and video files to be attached to course materials – enhancing the user's online educational experience with interactive learning materials.
DataGlyphics is also completely revamping the site's back-office administrative portal. The new portal will enhance RedVector.com's ability to manage thousands of online course listings, create powerful business intelligence reports, manage customer/corporate accounts, run automated email campaigns and more.
