DataGlyphics to Redevelop, Redesign WorkNet Pinellas Web Site
2/5/2004
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – DataGlyphics Inc., a St. Petersburg-based Web development firm, today announced that it will conduct a complete redevelopment and redesign the WorkNet Pinellas employment services Web site. DataGlyphics created the initial WorkNet Pinellas Web site and has provided hosting and managed services to WorkNet Pinellas since 2002.
"DataGlyphics really understands how to put our business needs into a technology perspective that works," said Jerome Salatino, director of planning and development for WorkNet Pinellas. "They helped us create the first iteration of the WorkNet Pinellas Web site, and we are happy to have them as our Web partner for this version."
The new site will feature enhanced security access and controls, new tools and services for employers and job seekers, and a powerful backend administrative portal that will allow authorized WorkNet Pinellas personnel to manage the site's dynamic content, update the calendar of events, create and send email messages to registered employers and job seekers, and more.
"As WorkNet's mission and scope of services continue to expand, their Web solution needed to grow with them," said William H. Stover, Jr., CEO of DataGlyphics. "The new site will offer several new tools and levels of assistance for area employers and job seekers. We are proud of our working relationship with WorkNet Pinellas and excited that they chose DataGlyphics for the new site development and design."
